 How would you like to get started on a plan, in the next five minutes,  that will help you achieve financial independence?  A plan that will allow you to overcome your money worries and take control of your life again. It can be done.

How can I make such a bold statement? It’s pretty simple really! I’ve been there; done that! I was in a situation some four years ago that was really scary! It was causing my wife and I some severe worry.  I remember it like it was yesterday…. the sleepless nights and days of unrelenting stress that frayed our nerves beyond belief.

After a lifetime happily spent owning, managing and operating our family farm, our retirement years had suddenly taken a disastrous turn. Our limited monthly income was stretched thin. Money was tight. Insurance premiums were rapidly rising. Our so-called “Golden Years” became a succession of doctor’s visits, hospital stays and surgeries, and unbelievably expensive prescription costs. And my presence at home became a necessity. I couldn’t go out to get a job to supplement our monthly income. Our very existence seemed threatened.

Today it’s apparent that many people find themselves in similar situations. In our changing economic environment, countless lives have been impacted. Job outsourcing, plant layoffs, mandated employment furloughs and business closures are just a few of the factors contributing to the mounting financial woes felt by so many. The families negatively impacted by these strong forces are facing difficult choices thrust upon them by events over which they have no control.

You see, I used the internet to create and build a web home business. That business has enabled us to become financially independent and to take charge of our lives again. It has banished the worries and turmoil that were the bane of our existence, just a few short years ago.

You have what it takes to change your life. Do not accept the “Status Quo”. It does not need to be hard nor costly….  it can even be fun. Read on to learn how!

It almost goes without saying: To create and develop a profitable online business, one must have an unyielding desire to achieve; a will to succeed in spite of adversity; and the willingness to incorporate proper planning and hard work into their daily regimen.

There are pitfalls along the way that can seriously affect the best laid plans of the aspiring entrepreneur. In my opinion, the most dangerous of all traps is one frequently overlooked: Information Overload.

Because of the wealth of information available on the internet and the ease of access, it is very easy to lose focus, and with it, proper direction. And it is difficult to separate “the wheat from the chaff” when so many conflicting and rapidly changing viewpoints are allowed to permeate our thoughts.

To overcome this problem, it is necessary to develop a mindset that guarantees you stay on course by avoiding all unnecessary distractions that are so prevalent in our everyday pursuit of knowledge. The proper mindset will allow you to become more productive by helping you make better use of your time. It will lessen the confusion that you experience in launching and growing your  business. No longer will that task be so daunting. Rather, it will become an orderly progression of steps, each complimenting the others. While the hard work, effort and time needed to fulfill each project can not always be reduced, it will allow you to avoid many of the mistakes and the time wasted pursuing misguided ventures. This, by itself, greatly simplifies your  business building effort and shortens the time needed to reach your goals.

What is this mindset? How can it help you? This is easily outlined. You can see what you must do in the summary below:

Over the last few years, I have spent much time and money acquiring my internet education. Many of these efforts and the funds associated with them were wasted. Why?  Because many of the programs in which I invested proved to be complete dead-ends.

How could this happen? Here is my assessment with the reasons that have become more discernible to me as time passed:

  • Many of the programs failed to teach all of the fundamentals required.
  • In certain cases, not all of the necessary parts were included.
  • Most included information for only one particular element.
  • A certain number turned out to be only “pie in the sky” schemes marketed by gifted copywriters offering little of real value.
  • Support was lacking or even non-existent in some cases, very limited in others.

So it is my mission on this website, to offer the means to greatly reduce, or even eliminate, many of the problems associated with launching and building a web home business. You can expect to find information and web business ideas here that is helpful to online business owners and “wannabe’s”.

Take small steps at first. But be sure to do something to advance your dream each day. It is surprising how quickly your cumulative efforts can result in a worthwhile business.

Once your online business is successfully launched, rinse and repeat. Over time, and with persistent effort, there is no limit to what you can achieve.
